    John Ballard, president of the National Intelligence University, has been named president of Dakota State University, beginning in June.

    Brenda Kelly, provost and dean of the college at Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota, has been appointed president of St. Scholastica, effective July 1.

    Michael Lewis, provost and chief academic officer at Saint Louis University, has been elected president of St. Anselm College in New Hampshire, effective July 1.

    Frank McKenzie, executive director of the University of South Florida’s Global and National Security Institute and executive director of the Florida Center for Cybersecurity, has been named president of the Citadel in Charleston, S.C., effective July 1.

    Vanya Quiñones, president of California State University, Monterey Bay, has been appointed president of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, effective July 1.

    Jamonica Rolle, provost and senior vice president of academic affairs and college operations at Broward College in Florida, has been named president of Illinois Central College, effective July 1.

    Sally Selden, provost and dean at the Citadel, has been selected as president of the University of Lynchburg in Virginia, effective June 30.

    Marshall Stewart, executive vice president for external engagement and chief of staff at Kansas State University, has been named president of North Dakota State University, effective May 28.

    John Stuckey, interim president of Messiah University in Pennsylvania, has been appointed to the position on a permanent basis, effective May 1.

    Lori Suddick, president and CEO of College of Lake County in Illinois, has been named president of the Des Moines Area Community College, with a tentative start date of June 15.

    Jennifer Walsh, who previously served as senior vice president for strategic initiatives and chief strategy officer at Hawai‘i Pacific University, has been appointed president of William Peace University in North Carolina, effective June 1.

    Corey Wiggins, federal co-chair of the Delta Regional Authority, has been named president of Tougaloo University in Mississippi, effective July 1.
