Championship Week has arrived in college football, and fans across the country will get several mouthwatering matchups, including No. 11 BYU vs. No. 4 Texas Tech, No. 3 Georgia vs. No. 9 Alabama and No. 1 Ohio State vs. No. 2 Indiana. The Buckeyes and Hoosiers are both undefeated, but Indiana has lost 10 straight against Ohio State. According to the latest college football odds, the Buckeyes are favored by 3.5 points in the Big Ten Championship, while the over/under for total points scored is 47. SportsLine’s advanced computer model is backing Ohio State, which is 8-1 against the spread in its last nine games, to cover the spread in 51% of simulations.

The model is also backing Duke (+4.5) to cover the spread against Virginia in the ACC Championship Game, while the Over (48.5) hits 56% of the time for Alabama vs. Georgia in the SEC title game. Ohio State -3.5 vs. Indiana

The Buckeyes are the defending national champions, and they’ve been spectacular this season. Ohio State is holding opponents to just 7.75 points per contest, which ranks first in the nation. The Buckeyes have also won 10 straight against the Hoosiers, and are 8-1 against the spread in their last nine overall. SportsLine’s model is calling for Ohio State to secure a 28-22 victory on Saturday, helping the Buckeyes cover the spread in 51% of simulations.

    Duke +4.5 vs. Virginia

Duke is 6-3 in its last nine games, and the Blue Devils have won nine of their last 11 meetings against an opponent from the ACC. Duke’s offense has been effective in recent weeks, scoring 35.6 points per game over its last five contests. The Blue Devils are also 7-2 against the spread in their last nine games played in December, a trend SportsLine’s model is expecting to continue on Saturday. According to the model’s projections, Duke pulls off a 29-28 victory as underdogs, helping the Blue Devils cover the spread in 59% of simulations.

Over 48.5 points in Alabama vs. Georgia

Both Alabama and Georgia are averaging over 30 points per game this season. The Crimson Tide are scoring 33.2 points per contest, while the Bulldogs are averaging 32.2 points per contest. In addition, the total has gone Over in 10 of the past 14 meetings between these SEC rivals. SportsLine’s model is projecting these teams will combine for 53 points on Saturday, helping the Over hit in 56% of simulations.
