Sonos’ best speakers are on sale right now, including the backyard-ready Move and Roam speakers and the Era 100 speaker

Back-to-school season is upon us, and with it are a ton of deals for students and teachers. Of course, the deals aren’t only on items like notebooks and backpacks. Right now, audio brand Sonos is running discounts on its most popular speakers, headphones, and soundbars. The deals run until Sept. 1, while supplies last.

You don’t need to be a student to take advantage, but Sonos smart speakers are great options for dorm rooms and college apartments; they’re designed to work well with each other, but they also work well as standalone speakers, meaning you can upgrade and add speakers as needed.

Sonos speakers are one of the best ways to stream music in every room, but what about when the party moves outside? Sonos’ newest Roam 2 and Move 2 speakers are outdoor-ready, with a waterproof build and rechargeable batteries for setting them up far from any outlets. Both are discounted during Sonos’ back-to-school sale.

Additionally, you can save on Sonos’ underrated Ace headphones, which offer great sound quality, noise-canceling, and battery life. You can check out the full list of deals here, or check out our picks below.

    Sonos Move 2 Speaker

Typically $449, the Sonos Move 2 is on sale for $336, a savings of over $100. It’s still a pricey speaker, but it’s one of the most versatile options in Sonos’ lineup. The speaker has Wi-Fi for easy integration with Sonos’ other multiroom speakers, and it’s also AirPlay compatible. And if the speaker wanders out of the Wi-Fi’s range, you can switch to Bluetooth or line-in.

    Sonos Ace

Sonos Ace headphones are available in black or white and feature up to 30 hours of battery life, with features like Dolby Atmos, lossless audio, and dynamic head tracking. They also feature intuitive touch controls and are designed to work with other Sonos devices, such as soundbars, for private home listening.

    Sonos Roam 2

If you’d prefer something smaller (and cheaper), the Sonos Roam 2 is a handheld IP67-rated speaker. Like the Move, it has Wi-Fi capabilities, so it can be integrated with other Sonos speakers for multiroom music streaming. It has smart features like Sonos Voice Control and Amazon Alexa, and it can wander far and wide thanks to Bluetooth connectivity.

    Sonos Era 100

It’s not a major discount, but the Sonos Era 100 is the flagship around which Sonos’ home speaker system is built. The speakers can be used with other Sonos speakers or as a standalone for a small apartment or room. In addition to WiFi, the Era speaker can be used with Bluetooth or a line-in connection. It can also be paired with a Sonos soundbar for a surround sound experience.
