“My life has just been unbelievable,” Ozzy Osbourne told Rolling Stone in an interview back in 2018. “You couldn’t write my story; you couldn’t invent me.”

Now a series of rare photo prints paying tribute to the Prince of Darkness, who died at 76 on July 22, has landed online, capturing intimate moments from Osbourne‘s legendary career over the decades.

Available to buy on photo archive site Sonic Editions, the new Ozzy Osbourne collection features several rarely seen portraits of the iconic rockstar, taken across his time as Black Sabbath‘s frontman in the Seventies, throughout his solo years, and into the Nineties.

Photographed by Richard E. Aaron, one of the new rare prints from Sonic Editions’ collection shows Osbourne holding a bowling ball and sticking out his tongue in New York in 1977. Fans can snag several sizes of the black-and-white print, and choose between black or white frames, starting at $99 a piece for the print only, or $175 for a small framed photo.

    Black Sabbath Taking a Break

    Available in multiple sizes

Taken in 1977 in the Wye Valley, one of the black-and-white prints, titled “Black Sabbath Taking a Break,” shows Sabbath guitarist and co-founder Tony Iommi sitting next to Osbourne, who’s holding a rifle in one hand and a cigarette in the other. The print comes in a variety of sizes, and starts at $175 for a 14×11-inch print. Sonic Editions says that each order gets printed on “archival-grade Fuji Crystal Archive paper.”

Sonic Editions has become a cult-favorite shop for finding archival prints of music legends online, including Dolly Parton, Bob Dylan, David Bowie, and The Rolling Stones. The retailer’s newly released Osbourne photo prints join Sonic Editions’ previous collection of images of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee.
