\n\tPicture Tree Intl. has acquired the international sales rights, excluding Benelux, to the Flemish noir thriller \u201cNight Creatures\u201d (Nachtvlinders), directed by Indra Siera (\u201cOld Belgium,\u201d \u201cProfessor T.\u201d). The film will be introduced to international buyers at the upcoming American Film Market.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
\n\tKinepolis Film Distribution will release the film in Benelux on Nov. 5.<\/p>\n
\n\t\u201cNight Creatures\u201d is based on the international bestseller \u201cLe Monte Charge \u201d (Bird in a Cage) by French author Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Dard. The novel has been published in several languages, including English, Spanish and Italian.<\/p>\n
\n\tThe film centers on Dylan, who is determined to leave his criminal past behind him after serving a prison sentence. But an old debt forces him to commit one last break-in at the popular Brasserie Papillon. There, he encounters the mysterious Margot, a meeting that will bind them together in unexpected ways.<\/p>\n
\n\tThe film stars Aim\u00e9 Claeys (\u201c1985\u201d), Maaike Neuville (\u201cThe Twelve\u201d) and Matteo Simoni (\u201cZillion\u201d).<\/p>\n
