\n\tJennifer Lawrence doesn\u2019t mind hosting, but that doesn\u2019t mean she\u2019s always prepared for an unexpected guest.<\/p>\n
\n\tDuring a recent appearance on The Graham Norton Show<\/em> on Friday, the Oscar winner detailed a funny interaction she had with her Die, My Love\u00a0<\/em>costar\u00a0Robert Pattinson.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cI had my girlfriends over. We were in our pajamas. We were watching\u00a0Little Women<\/em>. It was December,\u201d Lawrence said, setting the scene for host Graham Norton\u2019s live audience. She then recalled Pattinson calling her during her girls\u2019 night.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cHe was like, \u2018Hey, I just wrapped something like a block away from you,’\u201d she recounted. \u201cAnd I was like, \u2018Oh my God!\u2019 \u2018Cause Rob is one of the girls. He wants to gossip. He just is one of the gals. So I was like, \u2018Come over!’\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tBefore proceeding with her story, The Hunger Games<\/em> alum noted that she treats the Twilight <\/em>star \u201clike my daughter,\u201d because she doesn\u2019t fully trust that he takes care of himself. \u201cHe\u2019s a great father, he\u2019s a professional, he shows up on time, but I wouldn\u2019t trust that he, like, put a coat on. He brings out a very maternal [side in me],\u201d she quipped. Pattinson shares a daughter with fianc\u00e9e Suki Waterhouse.<\/p>\n \n\tOnce the Mickey 17<\/em> actor got to Lawrence\u2019s house, she said he had one request.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cHe comes in, and I give him a hug, and he\u2019s like, \u2018You have any food? I\u2019m so hungry.\u2019 And I\u2019m like, \u2018Yeah, yeah, yeah, come in, come in,’\u201d the No Hard Feelings<\/em> actress continued. However, she started to panic because the only food she had was actually already in the garbage.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cHe goes to the bathroom, and I do have food, but it\u2019s in the trash. And so while he was in the bathroom, I was just, like, pulling food out of my garbage can,\u201d Lawrence said, adding that once he returned, he just started eating the food.<\/p>\n \n\tLawrence said her friends sat there in shock as they were \u201call just kinda watching him eat this trash. And then when he was finished, he was like, \u2018I\u2019m still hungry. Is there more?’\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tThat\u2019s when the Silver Linings Playbook<\/em> star finally admitted she didn\u2019t have any other food in her fridge, but still didn\u2019t confess where the first food came from. \u201cI was like, \u2018Well there is, but it\u2019s in the garbage,’\u201d she remembered.<\/p>\n \n\tBut that didn\u2019t seem to bother Pattinson. \u201cHe was like, \u2018Oh, I don\u2019t mind.\u2019 And he just pulled it out of the trash and just kept eating it,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cSounds like the ideal house guest,\u201d Norton joked in response.<\/p>\n \n\tThe duo\u2019s new movie, Die, My Love<\/em>, hits theaters Nov. 7.
