Because of its traffic reports, I woke up fully apprised of the progress of the roadworks on Brent Cross flyover. My favourite TV subtitle was during a jazz documentary (Letters, 6 October). Thelonious Monk was described as \u201cthe loneliest monk\u201d, which I presume is the reason he produced great music, as there was no one around to distract him. <\/em>As Hurricane Ida made landfall in 2021, Louisiana, according to BBC News, was \u201clashed by a Harry Kane\u201d.
