\n\tDoja Cat made her musical guest debut on Saturday Night Live<\/em>\u2014the season 51 premiere\u2014with performances of a pair of singles from her new album, Vie<\/em>.<\/p>\n \n\tAfter an introduction from SNL <\/em>host Bad Bunny, the rapper-songwriter opened with the Jack Antonoff-produced \u201cAaahh Men!\u201d <\/p>\n<\/p>\n \n\tOn Vie<\/em>, Doja Cat\u2019s fifth studio album and the follow-up to 2023\u2019s Scarlet<\/em>, the Los Angeles native \u201cdevotes an entire album to the pop and R&B sounds of the Hair Decade, an album full of pastels and neon and mega-cheese sax solos,\u201d as Rolling Stone<\/em>\u2018s Rob Sheffield wrote in a review. That was reflected in the set design for \u201cAaahh Men!\u201d and the attire of the six others on stage, including the two bassists for the bass-centric song.<\/p>\n \t\tTrending Stories<\/p>\n<\/h2>\n \n\tDoja Cat\u2019s second performance was of \u201cGorgeous,\u201d one of the several tracks on Vie<\/em> that incorporates the saxophone.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n \n\tLast week, Doja Cat announced her 50-date Tour Ma Vie World Tour, which begins in New Zealand next month.
