\n\tTaylor Swift will be making NBC something of a second home in the week after her new album is released.<\/p>\n
\n\tThe network announced Monday that Swift will be the sole guest on Late Night With Seth Meyers<\/em> on Oct. 8, sitting for a longer interview than Late Night\u2019<\/em>s (or late night shows more broadly) format usually provides. NBC is calling it a (cringe alert) \u201cTAY\/kover\u201d of Meyers\u2019 show.<\/p>\n \n\tSwift\u2019s appearance on Late Night<\/em> will come two days after she visits NBC\u2019s other late night talker, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon<\/em>. She\u2019s scheduled for an interview with Fallon on Oct. 6, with Keri Russell and musical guest The Format also set to appear.<\/p>\n \n\tThe Tonight Show<\/em> and Late Night<\/em> interviews are part of Swift\u2019s promotional push for her 12th album, The Life of a Showgirl<\/em>, which hits streamers and store shelves on Oct. 3. A release party for the album will also take place in movie theaters this weekend, featuring the video for the single \u201cThe Fate of Ophelia,\u201d behind-the-scenes footage and more. <\/p>\n \n\tSwift\u2019s Late Night<\/em> appearance will be her third with Meyers.
