\n\t\u201cPaid in Full\u201d was originally released in theaters in 2002. It was inspired by the lives of New York drug dealers Azie Faison, Rich Porter, and Alpo Martinez. The characters based on them were played by Wood Harris, Mekhi Phifer, and Cam\u2019ron respectively. In the film, three friends quickly rise through the ranks of the Harlem drug trade, but their success comes at a terrible price. <\/p>\n
\n\tThough not a breakout success at the box office, the film has developed a strong cult following since its initial release. <\/p>\n
\n\tShould the show move forward, it would mark the latest scripted drama set in the drug world for Jackson and G-Unit Film & TV. The company previously produced the hit Starz drama \u201cPower,\u201d which aired for six seasons, in addition to producing all of the spinoffs. Three other \u201cPower\u201d shows have been produced to date, while the prequel \u201cPower: Origins\u201d has been ordered to series. <\/p>\n
\n\tG-Unit Film & TV currently produces the Starz series \u201cBMF,\u201d which is based on the true story of the origins of the Black Mafia Family. The fourth season of that show aired in June. Jackson also appeared onscreen in \u201cPower\u201d as Kanan Stark, reprising that role in \u201cPower Book II: Ghost.\u201d He has directed episodes of both \u201cPower\u201d and \u201cBMF\u201d as well. <\/p>\n
\n\tOther G-Unit Film & TV projects include \u201cFor Life\u201d at ABC and the documentary \u201cTikTok Star Murders\u201d and docuseries \u201cThe Gilgo Beach Killer: House of Secrets\u201d for Peacock. <\/p>\n
