\n\tLil Nas X\u2018s attorney has shared that the rapper is in treatment following his arrest and felony charges last month.<\/p>\n
\n\tIn August, Lil Nas X, whose real name is Montero Hill, was arrested after he was found roaming through Ventura Boulevard in Studio City, nearly nude and seemingly delirious.\u00a0At the time, police took him to a hospital for a possible overdose before he spent the weekend in jail. He later pleaded not guilty to the four felony charges filed against him.<\/p>\n
\n\tAfter lawyers for the rapper appeared in court on Monday, they later spoke with press outside of the Los Angeles courthouse, where attorney Drew Findling shared, \u201cObviously, you heard the treatment word.\u201d<\/p>\n
\n\t\u201cWe\u2019re doing what is best for Montero from a personal standpoint and a professional standpoint, but most importantly for his well-being,\u201d Findling continued in a video captured by Rolling Stone\u2019<\/em>s Nancy Dillon. \u201cHe is surrounded by an amazing family, an amazing team of people that care about him and love him. We\u2019re just addressing those issues. It\u2019s really as simple as that. He\u2019s had a great life, he\u2019ll continue to have a great life. This is a bump that he\u2019s gonna get over. And on behalf of him, his family is making sure he addresses all those issues right now.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tLil Nas X\u2019s lawyers did not share details surrounding his treatment.<\/p>\n \n\tEarlier in the courtroom on Monday, Rolling Stone <\/em>reported that Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Shellie Samuels modified the conditions of the rapper\u2019s release\u00a0for the ongoing inpatient care, saying, \u201cDefendant is allowed to remain out of state as long as he remains in treatment.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tThe rapper was charged with battery and resisting a law enforcement officer, and was released from prison last month after posting $75,000 bail. He later told fans on his Instagram Story, \u201cYour girl is gonna be OK.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cShe\u2019s going to be alright,\u201d he continued. \u201cShit, that was fucking terrifying. That was terrifying.
