Nottingham Forest have parted company with their head coach, Nuno Esp\u00edrito Santo, after a year and eight months, with Ange Postecoglou strongly linked to the vacant position. Nuno\u2019s departure just three games into the season comes after the emergence of tensions with the owner, Evangelos Marinakis, over the past fortnight.<\/p>\n
\u201cNottingham Forest Football Club confirms that, following recent circumstances, Nuno Esp\u00edrito Santo has today been relieved of his duties as head coach,\u201d said a club statement in the early hours of Tuesday morning.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe club thanks Nuno for his contribution during a very successful era at the City Ground, in particular his role in the 2024-25 season, which will forever be remembered fondly in the history of the club.<\/p>\n
