\n\tThe health update from Biden\u2019s office arrived after the television show Inside Edition<\/em> aired footage of the former president greeting supporters outside a church in Delaware with what appeared to be a large scar above his right eye. <\/p>\n \n\tHis spokesperson Kelly Scully confirmed it was a Mohs surgery, a type of procedure used to treat skin cancers, per the Associated Press.
