Mike Pence<\/strong>, the 48th vice president of the United States, will be interviewed by staff writer Tim Alberta<\/strong> about the future of conservatism on the opening morning of the festival at the Perelman Performing Arts Center.<\/p>\n The filmmaking team behind the forthcoming Netflix dramatic thriller A House of Dynamite<\/em> will now join Friday evening\u2019s program. Academy Award\u2013winning director Kathryn Bigelow<\/strong>, award-winning screenwriter Noah Oppenheim<\/strong>, and award-winning actor and playwright Tracy Letts<\/strong> will join a discussion with Atlantic<\/em> staff writer Tom Nichols<\/strong> and editor in chief Jeffrey Goldberg<\/strong>. The Atlantic<\/em> examined eight decades of life in the atomic age for a recent special issue of the magazine, and A House of Dynamite<\/em>\u2013\u2013which will be released in October\u2013\u2013speaks to similar themes.
