Scott Frazier attached to write the screenplay \u2014 plot details for which are being kept under wraps \u2014 and Jeff Kirschenbaum to produce for Roth\/Kirschenbaum Films. If the deal closes, executive VP of production development Jay Polidoro and director of development Tony Ducret will oversee the project for the studio.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tJolie is repped by WME and Johnson Shapiro. Liman, Frazier and Kirschenbaum are repped by CAA.
