\n\tAn unsealed police report revealed new details into the drowning death of influencer Emilie Kiser\u2019s three-year-old son this past May.<\/p>\n
\n\tOn May 18, Trigg Kiser died at an Arizona hospital following a drowning incident that occurred six days earlier. The drowning, which happened on May 12, took place at the Kiser family home in Chandler, a suburb of Phoenix, while Trigg and his newborn brother were under the care of their father Brady Kiser.<\/p>\n
\n\tBrady initially told investigators that he was with the newborn when he lost sight of Trigg for three to five minutes, at which point he said he found Trigg floating in the family\u2019s backyard pool.<\/p>\n
\n\t\u201cI didn\u2019t have a clock, obviously,\u201d Brady Kiser initially told investigators. \u201cI don\u2019t know the exact time, but it was moments, it wasn\u2019t minutes, it was moments, it wasn\u2019t that he had been out of sight for long.\u201d<\/p>\n
\n\tHowever, the police report \u2014 obtained Friday by the Arizona Republic<\/em> \u2014 states that surveillance footage showed that Trigg was actually unsupervised for at least nine minutes, and was in the water for seven minutes before his father found him. During that time, Kiser was allegedly watching an NBA playoff game, and placed a $25 wager on a sports betting app.<\/p>\n \n\tSurveillance video also revealed that that Trigg \u201cdid not go into the water intentionally, rather he tripped and fell in while playing with an inflatable chair.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n \t\tTrending Stories<\/p>\n<\/h2>\n \n\t\u201cThis tragic incident was the result of Trigg being in the backyard unsupervised while playing around the unsecured pool and unable to swim,\u201d the Chandler Police Department said. \u201cIt is clear Brady\u2019s attention was divided, and he was not watching at all during the critical times mentioned.
