\u201cHigher ed is not just simply face-to-face but rather additional modalities of online or blended,\u201d she said. \u201cIf an institution is planning strategically around these, then you\u2019re better able to meet a range of diverse learner needs\u2014and oh, by the way, that gives your institutions some pretty tremendous resilience and flexibility that if you ever have to shift or pivot in emergencies, [you can].\u201d<\/p>\n
