\n\tJosh Peck has \u201cno idea\u201d how Drake & Josh<\/em> producers got away with using Oprah Winfrey\u2018s likeness during the crazy car crash scene because he claims the Nickelodeon show didn\u2019t get \u201cpermission.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tThe actor, who starred opposite Drake Bell in the mid-2000s sitcom, made a recent appearance on the Syd & Olivia Talk Sh*t<\/em> podcast, where he opened up about the memorable \u201cJosh Runs Into Oprah\u201d episode in season four.<\/p>\n \n\tWhen asked how the show got away with the scene, which sees Josh\u2019s character (who is known as the biggest Winfrey fan throughout the series) seemingly hit the talk show host, Peck responded, \u201cI don\u2019t know. I know we don\u2019t have her permission. 100 percent we don\u2019t.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tThe actor recalled using a \u201cnon-sanctioned Oprah double\u201d to film the scene. \u201cShe was a stunt lady, because she had to do the roll over the car. I was like, \u2018Oprah is going to come after you. She\u2019s powerful,’\u201d he added.<\/p>\n \n\tIn the episode, stepbrothers Drake Parker (Bell) and Josh Nichols (Peck) try to attend a live taping of Oprah\u2019s show; however, they start fighting over parking once they arrive at the studio, leading Josh to hit the TV host with his car.
